Mystic Saddle Ranch

Mystic Saddle Ranch has two remaining wrangler positions for the 2024 summer season and is looking for qualified men and women who enjoy working with the public, are friendly and outgoing, outdoor-oriented, and are eager to enjoy the outdoors and all that it has to offer. 

Guides will be expected to lead trail rides, of up to eight people, on horseback varying in length from 1hr to multiple days in the backcountry. Guides will also be expected to feed and care for stock, check guests in at the office, answer phones, and do other basic corral chores.

Excellent customer service is a must.

Guiding experience is preferred but not required. Horse experience is a must. Mystic Saddle Ranch will provide job training prior to guiding.

Guide training starts June 6th! The season goes through the middle of September. Looking for guides who are also interested in winter work in Arizona (November-April).

Housing available. Wages start at $90/day plus tips and increase with experience. Full time- five days a week.
