As the Recreation & Tours General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of recreation and tour operations within the location. This is inclusive of M.S. Dixie cruise tours, guided ATV tours, guided snowmobile tours, and marina operations (boat, jet ski, kayak, paddleboard rentals).
Your role involves managing a team of salaried and hourly associates, ensuring seamless execution of tour itineraries and recreation reservations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and partners to optimize tour logistics, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of the company's tour programs.
